WildCraft Pommeau is a carefully crafted, traditional dessert cider. Made from a hand selected variety of rare western bittersweet and bittersharp varieties over the course of 5 years, aging in American, French nd; Hungarian neutral oak barrels for a complex, rich and apple forward offering. Delicate notes of spiced brandy and baked peaches. We present a balanced rendition of the classic French Pommeau with round mouthfeel and soft tannins to pair with hyper-local, blended soft cheeses as a final course.
At WildCraft Cider Works, we pride ourselves on developing innovative, artisanal dry ciders inspired by traditional and wild methodology. We insist on whole fruit and botanicals grown in Oregon to create pure ciders without artificial flavorings, sulfites or added sweeteners. WildCraft cider is uniquely dry cider unpasteurized & bottle conditioned. We consider ourselves stewards of the outdoors and always act consciously to ensure that our ingredients are regional.
