Marquette picked at 1300' elevation on Walpole Mountain in Walpole, New Hampshire. Many small clusters were left late on the vine to raisin for concentration. Foot trodden and fermented on stems for 3 weeks. Dry, dark fruit, firm acidity.
Natural wine and cider from the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Using local fruit and native yeast fermentation.
