Helios is the 40/60 blend of two ciders: Jonagold ice cider fermented in stainless steel, and Cortland, Jonathan, and Spencer apples fermented on lees in old French oak barrels. All locally grown. Nothing added - Nothing taken away. Pure sunlight.
Natural wine and cider from the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Using local fruit and native yeast fermentation.
