This sparkling rosé was made from Pinot Noir grapes from Morning Mist, a small vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. It sits at 700’ elevation facing directly into the VanDuzer Corridor. It is very likely one of the latest ripening vineyards in all of the Willamette Valley, making it a perfect site for sparkling wine!
Bright and refreshing, a perfect summer sipper. fermented dry with native yeast and bottled as a Pétillant Naturel (a method of producing sparkling wine by bottling the wine during the primary, alcoholic fermentation to capture the carbon dioxide that is being naturally released)

We are natural Cider, Perry, and Wine producers using foraged fruit, organic or biodynamic fruit & fermenting with indigenous yeast in rural Yamhill County, Oregon.
Our fermentation philosophy is inline with the natural wine movement of 'nothing added, nothing taken away' meaning we don't use processing aids, commercial yeast or adjuncts.
We may add sulfur, but ONLY if needed, and it will always be on the label and typically around 10-20PPM.
