STYLE | Hudson Valley Spontaneous Peach Cider
PROCESS | Fermented using Hudson Valley heirloom apples and the native yeast and bacteria found on the apple skins. The cider was aged in oak nine months, then blended with macerated Hudson Valley Peaches. Peche was bottled on 9/25/2020, then bottle conditioned for three months before its release.
