Our Equinox is a unique experience featuring three of our favorite things: Goldrush cider, select apple spirits and fresh Goldrush sweet reserve juice straight from the press! This lightly fortified, off-sweet, still cider is aged in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless for 12 months, where it develops rich tasting notes of lilac, mango, sweet tarts, banana and strawberries.
