This bottle conditioned pour is complex enough to pair with a variety of main dishes, yet approachable and easy drinking- making it a perfect cider for sipping solo or pairing with lite fare. Expect a vibrant greeting of banana cream and strawberry on the nose, a creamy, smooth mid palate, with fall spices and structured tannins on the finish.
