Traditionally fermented dry cider made with heirloom apples from Kristof Farms in Yamhill County. This cider is nurtured by bears, eagles, and stern guard dog and loving owners.
New in 2023, from Fall 2022 harvest. It's predecessor in this series, from 2021, was Best-in-Class prizewinner at the 2022 Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition.
