Traditionally fermented semi-dry cider made with heirloom apples from Kristof Farms in Yamhill, Oregon. Finished in oak barrels and blended with award-winning ice cider. This cider is nurtured by bears, eagles, a stern guard dog and loving owners.
The predecessor in this series from Fall 2021 won the Gold medal at GlintCap 2022 and Double Gold at SIP Magazine NW Cider awards
