Heirloom Gravenstien apples are the first to ripen each season. Their high sugar content and mild acidity make for a sweet-crisp and balanced cider that is rarely matched by any other apple variety. Gravenstien stands alone in this bottle and needs no companion. As a farm favorite this is one of the seasonal staples in our farm house.
We are a Hard Cider producer in the small apple growing region known as Oak Glen. We are located in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains. We grow fruit on our 300 acre apple farm at Los Rios Rancho. From blossom to bottle we strive for a perfect Cider and a unique experience. All of our ciders are produced with wild fermentation on the ranch.
