Made from 100% Pajaro Valley apples, Pelayo Cider is spontaneously fermented and low temp aged for a minimum of 6 months.
Dry and unfiltered without additives of any kind, it's just local apples and local yeast :)
Bright and tart, with well balanced apple notes throughout. Uniquely clean finish for a natural cider. Pairs nicely with seafood, poultry, cured meats and cheeses. Best enjoyed served in a glass.
