This blend of apples comes exclusively from Koosah Farms located outside of Amity, Oregon. The orcharding practices at Koosah employ both plant and microbial diversity that benefits the apple trees as well as the vineyard on the property. Encouraging a healthy microbiome aids in naturally reducing insect and disease pressure while simultaneously cultivating an expression of terriore unlike any other.
The character of this sparkling cider comes from the blend of apples and the complex microbe profile, carried out from growing the apples through fermentation as well as the Traditional Method production of this sparkling cider.
This cider is something to sip and enjoy with tasting notes of marzipan, leather, straw, maillard, toasted cookie, raspberry.
