Grafter Blanc: Apples and grapes fermented together
The Grafter Series is all about crafting unique ciders made from heirloom apples and vintage wine grapes. This year's is a little different from years' past: 2023 Grafter Blanc includes three venerable American heirloom apples, plus barrel-aged Franklin (a beautiful new American bittersharp), blended with Texas-grown Muscat Blanc. The result is a vibrant cider with notes of orange blossom, mandarin and candied pear. This year it finishes off-dry (or a touch sec), with a soft acidity and light effervescence - perfect for an afternoon picnic!
Residual Sugar: 19 g/L
Small batch cider made in far south Austin, Texas. We make fruit-forward, full strength dry ciders from 100% pressed juice (not concentrate).
