A limited small batch semi-sweet bochet style mead made in collaboration with Wild West Meadery and 117 West Spirits. We caramelized super bloom honey along with brown sugar brulee'd plantains and bananas. We then aged the finished mead on 117 West spiced rum oak. Amazingly complex and delicious.

We are San Diego County's first meadery/cidery and strive to create the finest expressions of mead and cider that can be found, and specialize in crafting primarily lower ABV beverages while still preserving bold flavors.
