A still, very dry cider made from an heirloom North American apple that once was the most popular russeted apple grown in New York. Discovered in Roxbury, Massachusetts in the early 17th century it often is called the Boston Russet. The Roxbury Russet is prized by cidermakers for its complex flavor.
