A regenerative family farm specializing in heritage and traditional cider apple varieties located in the Mad River Valley of Humboldt California.
We craft small batch harvest driven hard ciders. For all of our ciders we use apples we pick at peak ripeness and press shortly after harvest just yards away from the orchard. The cider is then slowly fermented over the winter & aged in our traditional redwood cider barn. All of our ciders are unfiltered, fermented dry, and then go through a secondary fermentation in the bottle creating delightful bubbles!
It is our mission to bring you responsibly produced ciders that reflect the collaborative relationship we cultivate with our land and the other beings who make their homes on what we call Crazy River Ranch.
