This cider was crafted from a field blend of heritage apples hand harvested at peak ripeness, and pressed at harvest. Slow fermented over the winter & aged in a traditional redwood cider barn.
Dry, crips, and refreshing, with loads of silky bubbles from in bottle secondary fermentation.
This cider finishes with mild tannins and bright acidity from Hereforshire Redstreak, an old English Bitter sharp cider apple. Great with most foods and relaxing days by the river.
