This cider was crafted from a field blend of heritage apples hand harvested at peak ripeness, and pressed at harvest. It was slowly fermented over the winter & aged in oak barrels in our traditional redwood cider barn.
Dry, with a hint of funk from native yeasts, this cider has soft oak tannins, is full bodied, with hints of stone fruit, and earthy notes of grass reminiscent of laying on the orchard floor on a warm summer day.
