We are so excited to bring you this liquid gold made from one of the most amazing honeys on the planet. Wayne Gibbons is a famous bee-keeper known specifically for his Northern Nebraska yellow clover blossom. We got lucky and he delivered some of his 2018 crop that he had been hiding away and we thought the only way to present it was through an unadulterated traditional mead. We worked with 3x home Mead Maker of the Year Allen Martin to clone his session traditional using the same honey. Allen has never entered a competition with his version of this liquid that he didn't win. "Gibby's Sweet Clover" has a pale straw appearance with boosted carbonation to add balance to this liquid nectar. Fruit notes of peach and white grape hit your nose and collide with vanilla and cinnamon toast crunch to create a sparking session mead that will have you reaching for more. The artwork on the label is inspired by the beautiful plains of Nebraska and Wayne's best 4-legged friend, Gibby.
