This is batch 2 of our Orange Blossom traditional aged for 10 months in Chardonnay barrels. The first batch took the Gold Medal for barrel aged meads at the 2021 Mazer Cup International mead competition, and batch 2 is just as good if not better! This sweet orange blossom traditional has prominent citrus and floral notes that are complemented beautifully with the light buttery oak notes from the chardonnay barrels. This mead is one of our personal absolute favorites, don’t pass it up.
