A wonderful apple cider aged in a Cognac barrel.
The premier oak barrel imparts a lovely finish on the dry side. Our label pays homage to Channel#39classic hounds tooth pattern with some pink for the kiss.

Small farm cidery making hard cider from fruit grown on the farm. All ciders are apple based and some are exposed to fruit during the growing season. Most are fermented dry with slight carbonation added at bottling. Limited quantity of each variety available. In late 2020 we will release a straight pear cider with no apple.
