Delicious apple cider finished with our fresh ginger root and pear juice. Pear juice adds a little sweetness to compensate for the Zing of the ginger. Slightly carbonated.

Small farm cidery making hard cider from fruit grown on the farm. All ciders are apple based and some are exposed to fruit during the growing season. Most are fermented dry with slight carbonation added at bottling. Limited quantity of each variety available. In late 2020 we will release a straight pear cider with no apple.
