Single varietal cider from an old american apple.
Robust and delicious. This was aged in a chestnut Foedre for 4 months. We won a Silver medal at the Great Lakes International Cider compeition 2023. Cheers!

Manoff Market Gardens & Cidery
Small farm cidery making hard cider from fruit grown on the farm. All ciders are apple based and some are exposed to fruit during the growing season. Most are fermented dry with slight carbonation added at bottling. Limited quantity of each variety available. In late 2020 we will release a straight pear cider with no apple.
