2020 ORO is a special vintage wine that whose base wine was fermented in neutral oak barrels for 6 months before being bottled and aged for 2.5 years "en tirage", or on the yeast lees. It's a blend of Frontenac Gris from the Upper Mississippi River Valley AVA and La Crescent from Fruit of the Vine Vineyard in Shakopee.
The wine expresses delicious notes of creamy pineapple upside-down cake and fruity white grape notes with a smooth, dry finish.
Blend: 50% La Crescent, 50% Frontenac Gris
% Alcohol: 13.8%
Residual Sugar (RS): 0.8%
