This year's Hard Cider is made in the pét-nat style, so it was bottled right from the tank during its first fermentation. We wanted to capture the fresh, fruity flavors of the apples and the natural sparkle from the fermentation. It's unfiltered, so sediment is natural and harmless.
Chill upright in the refrigerator for a day or two before opening if you'd like to avoid mixing the sediment with the cider - but this is optional!
Blend: 100% field blend of organically-grown Minnesota apples, including SweeTango, Chestnut Crab, Zestar, and Breezy Hill.
