Our fifth lot of Rosé Bubbly was made in the Charmat method where it underwent a secondary natural yeast fermentation in a pressure tank to create its persistent bubbles. The result is a complex wine with toasty notes from the yeast alongside red fruit notes from the base wine. This year's lot expresses fruity notes of raspberries, a lively effervescence, and an off-dry finish. Enjoy with green salads with fruit or barbecued meats.
