This cider is a creation of collaboration and partnership with Freeland Spirits in Portland, Oregon. The limited release cider from the 2021 harvest is a co-fermentation of apple and cherry, aged in Freeland Spirits whiskey barrels. A tanic apple base of Dabinett, Porter's Perfection, Brown Snout, and Wickson Crab Apples offers a richness to this cider. Notes of Rainier Cherry and grilled peaches, with a mild whiskey finish.
