When the world feels heavy and thoughts cloud the mind, there is one place that can always knock you back into the present moment -- a vegetable garden. We've spent many a hot summer day in our kitchen garden, brushing against tomato vines and snacking on berries and snap peas. It's a place of meditation & work, a place that demands observation & a belief in a better tomorrow. After all, that's why we plant seeds.
This cider is dedicated to our friend, Dave, SOF veteran, short-short aficionado, family man -- and avid gardener.

Posterity Ciderworks is a husband-wife owned cidery based in Mokelumne Hill, CA. Their natural ciders appear on James Beard and Michelin Star award-winning beverage lists throughout California. Using locally foraged ingredients and California apples, pears, and quinces, all of their ciders are fermented dry, naturally gluten free, and contain no added dyes, artificial flavors, or added sulfites.
