Rose and Sky is semi-dry and richly fruited, with notes of pear, nectarine, and creamy tamarind and hints of white wine, lemongrass, and elder. Fine bubbles and balanced acidity add fullness and depth leaving a satisfying finish of buttery brioche and soft tannins. An ideal event starter and a perfect choice for celebrations large and small. Serve chilled.
Notes
A bottle conditioned cider results in a small amount of sediment at the bottom. Pour carefully or gently agitate bottle to incorporate before opening. Serve chilled.
