Bright red apple and rose/floral aromatics and flavors, this is a well-balanced, smooth, orchard-based small batch dry cider. I make this cider from fresh-picked Oregon apples featuring its namesake Frequin Rouge along with four other heirloom apple varieties, Geeveston Fanny, Kingston Black, Sweet Coppin and Yarlington, all from the acclaimed Idyll Acres Orchard, plus a few Liberty and other desert apples. Sulfites added.
