Light and fresh tart green apple aromatics and flavors with bright ruby red grapefruit notes and a hint of rose. Made from fresh-picked Oregon apples featuring its namesake Gravenstein (from our property) and other dessert varietals along with 7 heirloom varieties: Brown’s, Bulmer’s Norman, Muscadet de Dieppe, Somerset Redstreak, Spitzenburg, Taylor’s Sweet, Wickson Crab from the acclaimed Idyll Acres Orchard.
