The North Orchard is located on the north-eastern face of Albee Hill. We planted this orchard over the course of several years, starting in 2010. The trees are planted on a 5' x 20' spacing, trellised, and trained to a vertical axis system. This single orchard bottling of Kingston Black harvested from the North Orchard was fermented with wild yeasts in neutral oak.
Eve’s is an orchard-based cidery producing Traditional Method ciders at the intersection of the Southern Finger Lakes and the Northern Appalachian Plateau. Our best days are spent outside in the sun and rain growing apples on steep hillsides and rolling them down to the cidery.
