This naturally sparkling cider is made with Bedan,
Muscadet de Dieppe and Domaines apples grown by Nat Bouman at Wilding Orchards. Fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel followed by an in-bottle secondary fermentation. A classic bittersweet apple blend- dark and rich with ample tannins and low acid. 150 cases made.
