Raspberry done three ways on this big, luscious melomel. Copious amounts of black and red raspberries were fermented together with raspberry blossom honey. The huge berry character is just restrained enough to let the honey shine and to bring perfect floral notes to play along. We highly recommend pairing this beautiful garnet red melomel with your favorite dark chocolate dessert.
