We’ve made this dry, wild fermented traditional hard cider from heritage variety apples. Made in true Appalachian fashion, the Traditional goes through spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast, in oak bourbon barrels where it ages on its lees for eight months. It is rich and smooth-textured with hints of baked apple and spice. Our processes are traditional and our ciders are unfiltered; expect and enjoy some bottle sediment and seasonal variation.
