At James Creek Cider House, we grow mainly Southern heirloom apples, what folks might have had on their farms a hundred or so years ago. These heirloom apples have deep flavors and more tannins than many of their modern counterparts and make traditional, richly flavored ciders. On occassion, we also source apples, mainly Southern heirloom apples, from nearby growers we know and respect.
