With subtle tannins and a long finish, this cider is both elegant and refreshing. The beautiful, sparkling cluster of the Seven Sisters, also known as Pleiades, reminds us of a giant, sweet blackberry and gives this cider its name.
James Creek Cider House makes premium, harvest-based ciders from Southern heirloom and cider apple varieties, sometimes combined with other fruits, grown in our sustainable orchards in Moore County, North Carolina and on other nearby family family farms.
