The return of our single varietal Malvasia Bianca with fruit sourced from Rhumb Line and Pillsbury vineyards! For this vintage, we chose to temper the bold florality of Malvasia by fermenting and aging it in our Italian clay Amphora, which impart a wonderful minerality. Enjoy a nose of fruity saltwater taffy, honeysuckle, and kiwi with a palate of tropical fruit.
We specialize in wild fermented Rhone varietals from vineyard sites across the Sky Island region of SE Arizona.
