The artist admires the waves of amber and thinks of his easel, and the precise mix of paints he may create. But alas, the greatest creation of all already lays before him. Roussanne leads the fruit charge, while Viognier provides minerality and Picpoul Blanc finishes the wine with vibrant acidity. Juicy honeydew melon laced with lemon intrigues the senses. 70% Roussanne, 17% Viognier, 13% Picpoul.
