Rune’s first dalliance with mead! Inspired by the always intriguing flavor combination of sweet and spicy, this mead was made with star thistle honey from Sleeping Bear Farms in Michigan and Serrano Peppers from Willcox. Pairs well with creamy cheese and a campfire. Barrel aged 28 months.
We specialize in wild fermented Rhone varietals from vineyard sites across the Sky Island region of SE Arizona.
