Dark Holler is aged in freshly-dumped bourbon barrels from A Smith Bowman in Fredericksburg, VA. After a year in barrel, it is steeped with baking spices and sweetened just slightly with belgian candi sugar. The result is a dark, rich, toasty cider with notes of cinnamon, toasted sugar, and baked apple.
