Meaning "the farm" in Spanish, La Finca is inspired by Sidra Natural, the traditional style of cider in Asturias on Spain's northern coast. Tart, dry, & funky, this cider is wild- fermented in American oak barrels using the native yeast from the fruit, showcasing the natural expression of the orchard. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, & un-carbonated, La Finca evolves in bottle over time for a wild & wonderful sipping experience that pairs beautifully with blue cheeses, fatty meats, & tangy olives. For a more authentic drinking experience, try "throwing" the cider like the Asturians.
