Aged in French oak for 16 months, Hopt is smooth, robust and can stand up to to steak frites or your favorite spicy ethnic dishes.
Carriage House produces European style ciders crafted by hand in Southwest Michigan. We offer a different cider experience for the adventurous palate. We take advantage of the more than 200 varieties of apples raised in the perfect climate and soil conditions of Southwest Michigan to create interesting, complex, old-world style ciders. Each has its own character for cider lovers and explorers.
