Departing the luscious Animas Valley to travel up a dusty road to Rico, there stood the last fruit stand before the climb. A stop here meant fresh, sweet fruit for the long rough journey ahead. Hermosa Orchard to this day, still grows the fruit that once fueled the early prospectors of the late 1800 and early 1900's.
Hand-picked from a single orchard, this cider is a bouquet of clove, pineapple and verdant greenery.
Cold fermented, our cider retains the aroma of these historic gravenstein apples.
