Grown locally and known for its high acidity we have found over the years that Vidal blanc and Chardonel are best suited for sparkling wines. Lightly carbonated with a delicate body and exotic fruits this medium-sweet white reminds us of warm, sunny afternoons in the vineyard. You can even add OJ for a twist on a mimosa!
