This cider is made from apples grown at Filigreen Farm, a Biodynamic farm near Boonville in Mendocino County. The blend contains some heirloom varieties along with some common dessert varieties including Black Twig, Wickson, Newtown Pippin, Arkansas Black, Sierra Beauty, Braeburn, Granny Smith, and Splendor. Pressed in season, native fermentation in neutral French oak red wine barrels, and bottle conditioned.
