Alpine Summer is a cider made with Maine-grown Northern Spy and Golden Russet blended with a combination of Riesling and Chambourcin wines.
This cuvée was then aged for over a year in ex-blueberry wine barrels used to age our blueberry cider – Preserved Memory.
This final product is sparkling and reminds us of some of our favorite orange wines from the Republic of Georgia, with delicate aromas and flavors of chamomile, almonds, ocean spray, pineapple juice, and orange peel.
