Our second vintage of this cuvée blends Northern Spy & Cox Orange Pippin apples with organic lowbush blueberries. We co-fermented cider with crushed blueberries for 27 days before aging in freshly-dumped bourbon barrels for 12 months. It’s a blend that showcases the essence of a singular harvest and the hard work of our friend, Lauren Bruns, who stewards blueberry barrens in Gray and Dresden, Maine.
