Folksel is made with 100% Golden Russet apples. These apples are integral to many of our ciders as they impart all the most desirable characteristics.
Fermented in stainless tanks at 50 degrees for 100-ish days before being racked and cold conditioned in stainless tanks at 40 degrees for a month.
Fully attenuated yet juicy, this cider is bubbly, crisp, bright, light, and soft, with a lovely acidity that brings it all together
We call it our “tavern cider” because it’s made to be enjoyed good friends, several glasses at a time. Cheers!
