The Yarlington Mill originated in Somerset, England in 1898, it is a true bittersweet with great aromatics. Smooth yellowish skin, slightly blushed with a hint of russeting in the cavity. Light astringency & sweet candy like flavors make this apple a treat to work with. Grown in the maritime climate using organic methods in our estate orchard.
